I have been in the business for 30 years…..a lifetime…This seminar was a good motivator refresher course that as a seasoned Real Estate Broker I was laughing within of all the different styles, and tactics, and ways that people use to sell real estate. The bottom line with it all…it takes a continual education, you have to dress up, show up, and educate people (and yourself on law, trends, changes) on how to buy and sell real estate while they are going through the process with you. It can be nerve racking to sell and exciting to buy. Stressful, but good advancing stress either way.
The best way to get stable is buy a home and don’t sell it, give it to your family. Creates peace of mind for generations.
